How
do I place an order?
Please use the online shopping cart to make purchases, by
clicking on the "add to basket" button next to the
items you wish to order. We use Roman Cart to process our
online orders, and once you have finished shopping you will
be able to chose whether you want to pay via cheque or credit
card. We do recommend using your credit card as this ensures
a prompt transaction and despatch of goods.
Do
I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes you do in order to ensure your goods are sent promptly.
How
do I make a payment?
You will be able to chose whether you want
to pay via cheque or credit card. We use Nochex to process
our online credit card transactions, and Streamline to process
card transactions made over the telephone.
Please
make cheques payable to Aliya Rose Ltd, and send to: 18 Millgate,
Cupar, Fife.
If
you wish to pay by cheque, please make sure it reaches us
within 7 days of placing your order. If your cheque is not
recieved within 7 days, your items will be returned to stock
and you will need to place your order again.
How
much is postage and packaging?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and p&p starts from
60p. Our online cart will calculate your shipping fees, although
you must select the appropriate method according to your order
value. If your order comes to more than £32, you must
select Special Delivery as your shipping method. If
your package is not properly insured, you will only be able
to claim up to £32 of the value back in the event of
loss or damage - we cannot be held responsible for any packages
sent without appropriate insurance.
How
long do you take to deliver?
Jewellery and most tiaras are held in stock and will
be despatched within 7 days of payment being received unless
otherwise specified. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your
order due to low stock levels, you will be informed immediately.
We will provide an estimated delivery date where possible,
but will also offer a full refund should you decide the new
date is unacceptable.
Carousel
Tiaras may take up to 4 weeks to be despatched.
Shoes
are despatched within 4 weeks if no dying is requested. If
you require shoes sooner than 4 weeks, please contact us as
we do offer a priority service at an additional cost.
Veils
are despatched within 6 weeks. If you require your veil sooner
than this, please contact us as we are usually able to offer
a priority service at an additional cost. Veils are made
to order and therefore we regret we are unable to offer refunds.
What
happens if I change my mind?
We will offer a full refund on any items other than veils,
earrings and dyed shoes, in the unlikely event that you should
change your mind. Please notify us immediately and return
the items in their original condition and packaging, and unworn
within 7 days. If you have paid via credit card, the refund
will be made back onto your card. Otherwise your refund will
be sent by cheque. Veils are made to order and therefore
we regret we are unable to offer refunds.
What
happens if my item is faulty?
We take
great care to ensure every one of our products reaches you
in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event that your
item is faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange, as
long as the fault/error is reported immediately and the items
returned within 7 days.
If you have paid via credit card, the refund will be made
back onto your card. Otherwise your refund will be sent by
cheque.
